Hi,

AThlon XP 2600+ /512RAM/60GB/HDD, CDRW,FDD,15"

I just got my HP/Compaq nx9005 and i will share some experiences.Mostly
it works, but i have some nasty CR-RW ( aceride ) problems.I need to
restart my writting session 2 times, becuase i get a lot of timeouts.
When i boot mashine then console is so tiny:) This laptop doesn't have
BIOS option to turn it fullscreen.Can i do it with some kernel options?
ACPI works partly.I need to investigate it more.( acpi poweroff works:) 
I installed Xfce4 ( on current ) and it runs VERY stable on this laptop.

Xfree: 1024x768/16
Video: Radeon IGP 320M works great 
Sound: works very well
Touchpad: works, even scrolling
LAN: works very well (sip)
WLAN: Broadcom 56/g doesn't work 
modem: doesn't work 
CD-RW: some aceride nasty bug ( works partly )
