Subject: 2.0/i386: uvm-related panic when / (ufs) is full?

I've seen this several times now when the / filesystem (ufs) is full that
my bulk build machine panics. Usually something with uvm, here's the
latest traceback I got (10-finger-dump):

uvm_fault(0xc0421020, 0,0, 1) -> 0xe
fatal page fault in supervisor mode
trap type 6 code 0 eip x02c63ae cs 8 eflags 10246 cr2 38 ilevel 0
panic: trap
Begin traceback...
trap() at netbsd:trap+0x149
--- trap (number 6) ---
pmap_remove_ptes()
pmap_do_remove()
pnmap_remove()
uvm_unmap_remove
uvmspace_fgree
exit1
postsig()
trap()
--- trap (number 0) ---
0x804df64:
End traceback...
syncing disk... <cursor>

and there it stood, frozen.

I'll move things now so the filesystem doesn't fill up anymore, but maybe
someone has a clue on what's happening.
