I've tries my usual build steps, and the distribution target chokes
mtree :

configinstall ===> /usr/src/gnu/usr.sbin/sendmail/cf/cf
makesetfiles ===> /usr/src/distrib/sets
#    create  set lists
cd /usr/src/distrib/sets &&  DESTDIR=/usr/obj/usr/src/destdir.i386  MACHINE=i386
 MACHINE_ARCH=i386  CKSUM=/usr/tools/bin/nbcksum MAKE=/usr/tools/bin/nbmake MTRE
E=/usr/tools/bin/nbmtree  MKTEMP=/usr/tools/bin/nbmktemp PAX=/usr/tools/bin/nbpa
x HOST_SH=sh  sh ./maketars -S -d /usr/obj/usr/src/destdir.i386 -M /usr/obj/usr/
src/destdir.i386/METALOG  -N /usr/src/etc  -t /usr/obj/usr/src/releasedir/i386/b
inary/sets
nbmtree: ./usr/share/examples/named: No such file or directory
nbmtree: failed at line 10492 of the specification
maketars: mtree parse of /usr/obj/usr/src/destdir.i386/METALOG failed

*** Failed target:  makesetfiles

this is from running:

./build.sh -U -M /usr/obj distribution

tried cvs updating, but I get the same thing. Any ideas?
