Ok, it seems that *both* dump -e and eew are needed, and then it
works. After some various permutation tests, this is verified on both
the DLT originally reported, and also a DDS3 in the same machine.

Thanks for the tip.

I'll take the PR and change it into a doc fix to make this clearer in
the manpage, though I won't get to that wording right now.  Or should
we perhaps enable eew by default in st(4) ?
