I guess I edited that a bit much.  Let me try again:

   "The 1850R ... integrates an Intel 440BX chipset and a 100MHz GTL
    bus. The 400MHZ and 450MHz models come with 64MB 100MHz registered
    SDRAM ECC  memory, while the 500-, 550-, and 600-MHz models  come
    with 128GB 100MHz registered SDRAM ECC memory; for all models, the
    memory is expandable to 1GB."
