On the remote machine, inetd goes haywire...

i386# May 25 13:15:20 i386 inetd[227]: shell/tcp server failing (looping)=
,
service terminated

There seems to be no reference to this anywhere in the NetBSD site!

=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D original....

I have a script that does a lot of rsh commands from a
sparc classic to a dell pentium. After about 20, I get the
following on the sparc:

rcmd: poll: protocol failure in circuit setup

and the i386 stops accepting rsh/rcmd connections:

sparc# rcmd i386 ls
i386: Connection refused

XXXX A reboot of the i386 is needed!
That's not quite right... I think that inetd just needs to settle down.

Both are running 16zl.

Any ideas? I only saw a few references to this 5 years ago.
