I committed the changes posted to tech-kern, plus a small subsequent
change in so_receive().  This is a heads-up to current-users, just in
case the curproc changes in the NFS-boot code breaks diskless boot.

(I tested everything else on a laptop; but I can't easily test
NFS-boot that way.)
