to see how to pull sources by date from anoncvs.

According to the cvs logs from sys/sys/param.h, you'll want
to check out CVS from sometime after 2003/09/16 12:08:23
(1.6ZC) and before 2003/10/14 14:02:56 (1.6ZD).
