Good point. Also keep in mind that now spammers have realized that
DNSBls are effective, and are using viruses that configure proxies on a
random port! Try scanning the Internet for these, and blacklisting
them! Many, if not most of these have PTR records because these are
DSL/cable machines, and DSL/cable ISPs like to give them PTR records.
PTR record filtering doesn't work, try again.
