Try commenting out the line:

	cbb*	at pci? dev ? function ?

in your configuration (line 249 in GENERIC), and then make sure

	cardslot* at cbb?
	cardbus* at cardslot?
	pcmcia*	at cardslot?

are commented out also (lines 308-310 in GENERIC).
