' distribution' doesn't do any .tgz files. Use '
distribution sets' or ' release' to build sets.

To build X11 sets with you need to specify MKX11=YES for
in /etc/mk.conf or with ' -V'.

Right now there is two options to build X11 sets:

 1) With
 2) make release from xsrc directory

You also need to specify path to xsrc tree with X11SRCDIR if it's not the
default /usr/xsrc.
