I got the impression that this was a minor, if really present,
reason in the call for a new logo.  There is a lot of history in
the daemons, which is neat and useful to carry around, but for the
NetBSD project, I'm not sure it really makes sense.  I fully expect
that no matter what the offical logo is, the daemon will stick
around in plenty of places.

I've noticed some interesting and constructive ideas float by.
Why don't we discuss those?  Or go off and start working on actual
designs...  ;-)
