As often happens, I thought about that after sending my email.

No, I didn't mean to imply that NetBSD is a Chimera in the bad/evil
sense that that implies.  I only meant that a shape-shifter might
help to capture the idea that NetBSD runs on lots of different
platforms.

I guess that shape-shifters do have a lot of bad implications...
