No, you can't. The documents were never made public. I have, however,
read NetBSD's settlement document as a party to the entire thing, and
it would be remarkably difficult for them to re-open litigation
against us. That said, they're unlikely to pay attention to whether or
not they will win -- see everything they've done to date.
