So standard  rtk driver works just fine and reports that this is 8139
compatible chipset. At the same time, on-board chipset is marked as RTL8100B
and same is told in the board's specification. AFAIR i have used
successfully RTL8100 chipsets on other boards/cards, though i don't remember
which exactly they were :)
