i verified the following facts now:

on an Amiga 1200 (040/40), running NetBSD 1.6.2RC3 there is _no_ cgdconfig
installed, but in /usr/src and /usr/obj.

same on a Sun SPARCstation 20MP, also running NetBSD 1.6.2RC3.

and finally, the above situation on my SPARC64 running current. okay, i now
know that i should setenv TOOLDIR and so on, but still i'm not able to build
and install cgdconfig itself.

your help is very appreciated,
