darwin_sys___sysctl() is the darwin version of sys___sysctl().

darwin_sysctl() is (or was, rather) the sysctl function to handle the
native emul.darwin subtree, which is now gone.  the function, that is,
not the subtree.  the subtree is still there, but the implementation
is different.  :)
