No, all I see are things like:

Nov 14 00:52:23 zen /netbsd: st0(aha2:0:4:0): timed out
st0: error 5 trying to rewind
st0: WARNING: cannot revert to default density
Nov 14 17:07:04 zen /netbsd: st0(aha2:0:4:0): timed out
Nov 14 17:07:44 zen last message repeated 4 times

I saw much the same on the ss20 as on the i386.
All my kernels have SCSIVERBOSE	defined too fwiw.
