Yes, those are typical of out of date file lists...
The 'hpcsh' errors were fixed on Nov 5 by adding the lines to
src/distrib/sets/lists/base/mi
The 'grohtml' errors were fixed on Nov 5 by removing the lines from
src/distrib/sets/lists/text/obsolete.mi

You probably updated your sources while they were wrong.

Update the sources again, and do an update (-u) build.
