hi,
I have downloaded all the current-sources from ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/src/
and are under /usr/src.

These are the steps that i am following to update NetBSD-1.6.1 to current. I got these steps from

http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/current/

Updating an existing system:

1. Build the toolchain.
From the root of the source tree, run './build.sh tools'. This will build a toolchain in tools/obj/tools.<hostplatform>/bin.
2. Build and install the kernel:
./build.sh kernel=GENERIC

3. mv /netbsd /onetbsd

4. mv sys/arch/<ARCH>/compile/GENERIC/netbsd /

5. Reboot into the new kernel

6. Run ./build.sh distribution

7. Finally, install the new userland: ./build.sh install=/

8. Optionally reboot to ensure all running services are using the new binaries

.

I finished the above process and wanted to find if there is something else other than the above mentioned that i need to do.

Thanks
Pritesh
