Can somebody post a clear description of how the flag will change behaviours
in user space for network apps?

eg:

	v6only on/off
	
	what happens to:

		v4 only host browses via mozilla to URL 
			which has V6 and V4 address

		v4/6 host browses via mozilla to URL 
			which has v6 and v4 address

		v6 only host browses via mozilla to URL
			which has v6 and v4 address


right now, the only guidance (l)users have is an oldish manpage which is not
that intuitive, and MESSAGE text when you install Mozilla.
