I found this setting in LSI BIOS (Ctrl-M):

Objects / Adapter / Emulation: [I2O] / [Mass Storage]

I changed the setting to I2O and tried the latest -current. Here's the
output from dmesg:

It seems like the controller does not support I2O even though it claims so.
Is there anything I can try with iop?
