I've a few questions on altq. I'm using the current generic cobalt port
and I see that altq appears to be "all there" except for the /dev entries.
There is an altq directory in /dev but it's empty. Hence, altqd fails with
the message -- "altqd: can't open altq device: No such file or directory".

this may be a dumb question, but does anyone know how I can make the altq
devices?
