It needed some work to be ready for a release (missing microcode,
manpage Makefile), and I've also added vlan support.
Can you test it once more, if possible with a vlan?
I've put the new driver main file for FTP to:
zelof1.zel.kfa-juelich.de:pub/NetBSD/if_txp.c
