Yep.  While releasing nothing until you have _everything_ perfect
makes little sense, it still helps to know where it is you want to get
to so that you can plan your steps accordingly.

Yes, but if you can arrange for that house to be re-used as the garden
shed, or even part of the final structure - its better than having to
bulldoze it soon after it is complete.

With that in mind - by all means come up with some patches.
