Thanks.  I actually used to work for a large computer manufacturer,
we could (and did) fix some bugs almost that fast (at least for
customers paying enough for support).

Part of it is having confidence that you aren't going to make
things any worse :-)
Maintaining binary compatiblity at all times also helps.
