USE_KERBEROS is really USE_KERBEROS5, but since Kerberos 4 will be removed
I didn't rename all USE_KERBEROS to USE_KERBEROS5 since there will only be
one Kerberos "soon".

I guess you want MKKERBEROS4=3Dno for now also.
