They key here is that you are providing useful debugging information to 
Nathan (core files, pthread debug logs, etc.).

Is anyone else even attempting to do this?  No.  Instead everyone is 
complaining that nothing is being done to fix the problems.  What they 
fail to understand is that they must be involved in the solution.
