When I was at Zembu, there was someone in the valley (Silicon Valley) that
was making them. There were two companies, and we liked one of them more.
They even added a power-cycle command (in addition to turn-on and
turn-off) to the command set for us. That way we could power-cycle the box
that had the serial controller on the power strip. ;-)

I don't remember the name, though. Sorry. Google did turn a few things up
though.
