This pr provides a quirk table entry to make a SanDisk multi-slot card reader
"work" - probe all four devices - under NetBSD.

I keep having to re-apply this patch.  Any hope of getting it committed?
I'm trying to build an embedded system using one of these devices, and I'd
love to use a "standard" NetBSD tree for it.  :)
