  TI is disinclined to release docs.

  There is a binary driver available on the Web. You can probably find
  out the meaning of the registers, the structure of the tx/rx rings,
  rx/tx frame formats by disassembling that. The license or the law may
  prohibit such reverse-engineering, however.
