     No.  Assuming you have sendmail properly configured, you should
have this:

drwxrwx---   2 smmsp    smmsp        2560 Mar 18 02:18 /var/spool/clientmqueue/
drwx------   4 root     root         5632 Mar 18 02:20 /var/spool/mqueue/
