Heh, turned out to be caused by a change I commited myself: ifwatchd now
starts earlier, to have all interfaces ready when things like ntpd start.
But: my ip-up script on this machine did a "/etc/rc.d/ntpd restart"
unconditionally. So I fixed my script and now everything is fine again.
