Hi Peter,
Check /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkgchk.
If you want to update all packages that have a newer version in your pkgsrc
tree than your installed one, just do /usr/pkg/sbin/pkg_chk -iu after having
installed pkgtools/pkgchk.
