Hi!

Today one of our production servers (mainly dbserver) crashed with:

  /netbsd: dev = 0x1204, block = 20432, fs = /usr
/netbsd: panic: blkfree: freeing free block
  /netbsd: syncing disks...

, no core dump, no automatic reboot (== hang).

It's a full auto raidframed machine, all partitions are softdep
mounted. I attached its dmesg.

Maybe it's of interest for the further development of the 1.6 branch
and the upcoming 1.6.1 release.

Markus.
