Mozilla died with this message:

assertion "switchto->pt_spinlocks == 0" failed: file "/usr/src/lib/libpthread/pthread_sa.c", line 460, function "pthread__resolve_locks"

Not sure if this is related to other pthread problems that have been 
reported.
