Hi,
I wanted to try altq to tune my ADSL connection. altqd seems to work for
rtk0 (my NIC) but when I set up a simple fifoq for pppoe1 altq seems to
drop anything. Maybe it doesn't get any feedback from pppoe1?
I put this line into /etc/altq.conf trying to throttle the connection to
8kbps:
interface pppoe1 bandwith 8192 fifoq
and start altqd then. As said, the same seems to work if I replace
pppoe0 with rtk0. I'm using NetBSD 1.6K as of Dec, 26th. Did anyone with
a more recent kernel have success?
Christian
