I ran into this today, and simply went in and created the missing dir:

obj/tools/toolchain.i386/build/gcc/include

Then, ./build.sh -t ran its course successfully. 

Why the directory in question was missing, I don't know, but tar doesn't
seem to be implicated, n'est-ce pas?
