Some measurements I've made show a massive performance improvement
between 1,6H and 1.6I.

In particular mozilla startup from cold is now 12 seconds instead of
23 seconds.
Warm start (ie with the working set loaded) is largely unchanged
at around 2.7 seconds.

I presume something good has happened to the uvm_fault codepath.
