Well, installing the official 1.6 release would not hurt, but I'd be suprised
if it would fix your problem.
Do your ipf rules block fragments? Does a tcpdump on the outside (raw ethernet)
interface used by pppoe show the data from the web sites arriving? Does a
tcpdump on the inside interface still show them?
