I'm performing some major overhauls on our autoconfiguration code right
now, and as such, am having to change the data that gets built in ioconf.c.
This means that you need to make absolutely sure your config(8) binary is
up-to-date.  The canonical way to do this is to do your builds with build.sh
(which bootstraps the tools used to build the system first), but for those
of you who don't do this, well, you'll have to do it manually :-)

Expect more changes of this nature within the next several days.
