  cd /usr/src && ./ -m sparc -T /usr/tools -t

This will build a cross-toolchain in /usr/tools.

  cd /usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/conf && /usr/tools/bin/nbconfig GENERIC &&
  cd ../compile/GENERIC && /usr/tools/bin/nbmake depend &&

This will cross-compile the kernel.

You may look at " -h" for more options (it has a lot).
