	Summary:
	- Forcing unidirectional does not affect the problem.
	- A different belkin usb->printer adaptor still has the problem.
	- Directly connecting the HP LJ 2200 via USB does not work at all.
	- Disconnect/reconnect of USB cable always clears the problem.
	- Powercycle of printer des not clear the problem.
	- Restarting lpd does not clear the problem.

	Is there any useful DEBUG that could be enabled?
