I have a machine which is now emitting the above.  It used to work.  :)
I've run build.sh a couple of times recently, but I haven't paid much
attention; it's theoretically possible that it is misbuilt.

Did the terminal database get moved?  What file should I be looking for (in
1.6D or so) to see whether or not it exists.
