I've made some changes to our curses code to comply with the SUSv2 [*]
specifications. This means that colour curses-using programs will now
display as white on black by default.

Some programs in pkgsrc (e.g. lynx and mutt) will use the functions
use_default_colors() and assume_default_colors() that have also been
added, and will use the terminal default or user-specified default
colours. However, they will need to be recompiled in order to do this.
