$ ls /usr/X11R6/lib/libXinerama*
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXinerama.a

I compile X from src, xsrc, and I get it... simply 'make build' in it.
This is 1.6D on i386, and Xinerama works pretty well.
When building, remember to set USE_XF86_4=yes in mk.conf
