I'm seeing this sort of thing whilst doing a pkgsrc bulk build on
NetBSD/shark 1.6_BETA*.

07/07/02 16:23:58  2863/2986=95.9% sysutils/koncd @ arm> /usr/bin/tar:
cannot chown file to uid 0 gid 0 : No such file or directory
07/07/02 16:23:58  2863/2986=95.9% sysutils/koncd @ arm> /usr/bin/tar:
couldn't change access and modification times of : No such file or
directory
07/07/02 16:23:58  2863/2986=95.9% sysutils/koncd @ arm> /usr/bin/tar:
cannot change mode of file to 0444 : No such file or directory
07/07/02 16:23:58  2863/2986=95.9% sysutils/koncd @ arm> tar in free():
warning: junk pointer, too high to make sense.

The tar files are on an NFS share.

Is this (related to) a known problem?

best wishes,
Chris
