I've seen better than that from cheap dp83820 32-bit cards (addtron
and edimax) between my Athlon MP(X) systems (550-600).  We're
working on improving the performance, though, so I'm not keeping
very detailed records at the moment.  At some point, I will start
keeping records, though, and may maintain a website with benchmarks
if no one else has one.
