As Jason suggested, that's indeed a 83820-based card, which is covered
by the gsip driver. Some of the 83820-based cards are kinda crappy,
I don't know about this one. I have a ga622t (copper gig-e) which
seems to be okay, I guess the ga621 is simply it's fiber brother.
