Recently, when attempting to sup the anoncvs collection (that is, to
mirror the anoncvs repository) I have been seeing ...

SUP Receiving file pkgsrc/x11/mlterm/Makefile,v
SUP Receiving file pkgsrc/x11/mlterm/PLIST,v
SUP Receiving file pkgsrc/x11/mlterm/distinfo,v
SUP: SCM GOAWAY We died trying to gzip rsync.core
SUP: Premature EOF on network input
SUP: Error receiving file from file server
SUP: Upgrade of anoncvs-all aborted at Jun 21 19:08:16 2002
SUP: Aborted

Why it dies on rsync.core I don't know, though I guess I'm kind of
glad that the core file isn't getting sent to me (the supfile has
compress turned on, which I assume it is trying to gzip).

Most likely rsync.core isn't really supposed to be in the anoncvs
tree though... (one assumes that rsync probably wasn't supposed to
dump core in the first place).

Could someone find & delete the rsync.core ? (from sup.netbsd.org)

Thanks,

kre

ps: I'm not sure which of the lists is best for this kind of thing,
but I'm assuming that anoncvs users are also probably current-users.
